Recruitment Details
— We're looking for core members to help build Red Look —
On-site Leader
Lead project progress, support members, and take charge of operations
— a rewarding leadership role.
Outreach & PR
Grow Red Look's audience through social media and web communications
— ideal for creative communicators.
Planner & Host
Plan and run workshops, meetups, and conferences
— shape participant experiences from concept to delivery.
- Requirements
- Comfortable communicating in Japanese (even basic level is OK)
- English communication skills are a plus
- Can attend in-person events in Sagamihara (not fully remote)
- Basic IT literacy (Slack, Google Meet, Canva, etc.)
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in planning events or working with SNS and marketing
- Location
- Mostly remote / online
- In-person events centered in Sagamihara (e.g., Unicom Plaza, Soleil Sagami)
- Time Commitment
- Around 5 hours per week (meetings + 1-2 events per month).
- Compensation
Unpaid — volunteer basis to start.
We may consider honoraria or paid contracts as the project grows.
