Prices (membership fees and donations)
- Red Hub: ¥1,500 per month
- Red Supporters: ¥1,500 per month (¥1,000 is a donation to Red Look and ¥500 covers Supporters' running costs)
- Monthly donation: choose ¥1,000, ¥3,000, or ¥10,000 per month
- Donation by bank transfer: any amount

Payment methods
- Credit card: Red Hub is paid through Whop; Red Supporters fees and monthly donations are paid through Stripe
- Bank transfer: Red Supporters fees and one-time donations
When payment is made
- Credit card: The first payment is made when you sign up. After that, you are charged automatically every month based on your sign-up date
- Bank transfer: Please transfer by the date we tell you
When the service starts
- Red Hub: Once your payment is complete, you can use Red Hub features on Discord (a free Discord account is required)
- Red Supporters: Once your interview and payment are complete, you can start as a Supporter
- Donations: Your donation is received when the payment is complete
Cancellation (stopping recurring payments)
You can cancel Red Hub, Red Supporters, and monthly donations at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel before your next payment date, no further payments will be charged (payments stop from the following month)
- You can keep using the service until the end of the period you have already paid for
How to cancel:
- Red Hub: cancel yourself from your Whop account, or contact us through the support channel in Discord or our contact form
- Red Supporters: via Slack or email
- Monthly donation: the cancellation form on our Red Supporters & Donations page
Refunds
Fees and donations that have already been paid are not refunded, including on a pro-rata basis. However, we will refund payments caused by our mistake, such as a duplicate charge.
As these are mail-order (online) transactions, the cooling-off system does not apply.
Validity period of applications
None.
Receipts and taxes
- Receipts: We issue receipts for fees and donations on request. Please contact us through our contact form
- Tax deductions: Red Look is not a certified NPO (認定NPO法人), so fees and donations are not eligible for tax deductions in Japan
