From the Community to the World — Supporting Global Careers

Red Look is an international non-profit organization that supports both Japanese individuals aspiring to work abroad and foreign professionals seeking careers in Japan.
As Japan’s society rapidly globalizes and diversifies, barriers related to language, culture, information access, and finances still prevent many from realizing their potential.
To address these challenges, Red Look operates educational and networking programs that support international career development.

Our main activities include:

  • Support for Japanese individuals seeking overseas opportunities
We provide career guidance, English and IT training, and internship information to empower young professionals who wish to work abroad.
(The Red Path program has since ended. To talk about your next step, please use our free consultation.)

Our work contributes directly to the SDGs, particularly Quality Education (Goal 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (Goals 8 & 9), Reduced Inequalities (Goal 10), Sustainable Cities and Communities (Goal 11), and Partnerships for the Goals (Goal 17).
