Pro bono
Your experience, for the next person taking on life across borders
For people who know, from global companies or working abroad, how hard — and how interesting — it is to work across cultures. Red Look is a nonprofit in Sagamihara building a place where Japanese and international people meet as equals. Volunteer staff are at its heart, and we aim to sustain it through partnerships with companies that employ international staff.

What we ask you to keep in mind
Here, everyone is both teacher and learner. Beyond teaching from your experience, you'll also learn from younger staff and international participants. The team decides together.
Those who were supported welcome the next person. We want a society where taking on life across borders passes from person to person, regardless of age or nationality. To that end, Red Look aims to become a certified NPO.
