Referral partners (Shibuya & Sagamihara)

One more place you can recommend to clients with international employees

“Our international staff feel isolated at work.” “The Japanese staff welcoming them are worn out.” Do you hear things like this through your work? Red Look is a nonprofit in Sagamihara that offers companies a year-round partnership: a place outside work where international and Japanese employees meet local people as equals.

  • Referrals only (our director handles the meeting)
  • 20% of the first-year amount
  • No quotas
  • First contract: 6 months

What you'd introduce

The Red Look Partnership

We offer companies a year-round place where both international employees and the Japanese staff who welcome them can meet local people as equals, outside work.

  • Exchange workshop (90 min)

In the first half, groups learn separately (Japanese staff: working across cultures; international staff: Japanese culture and workplaces). In the second half, everyone mixes and talks.

  • Weekly exchange events

Both Japanese and international employees can join our weekly exchange events, online and in person.

  • Attendance records and a yearly report

We provide attendance records and a one-page yearly report with participant numbers and survey results.

Pricing is in the materials we provide when you introduce a company. See our page for organizations

Terms

What we ask, and how the contract works

What we ask
Introduce companies that might be interested to our director. Our director handles the explanation and the business discussion.
Contract
Contractor role, paid on results: when a company you introduce signs a Red Look Partnership contract, you receive 20% of the first-year amount (not renewals). Terms are provided in writing.
Trial workshops
A trial workshop alone is not covered. If the company moves to a yearly partnership within 3 months, that contract is covered.
How you work
You decide your own time, place, and approach. No quotas.
Contract period
6 months at first, then renewed if we both wish.
Recognition
We recognize contributions twice a year (the first is planned for April–June 2027). After your contract ends, you can leave a record of your work on our website if you like.

What we ask you to keep in mind

Listen to the company's challenges first, then suggest the Red Look Partnership. It's an important role that funds the organization's future.

Red Look puts its full effort into making our workshops and year-round community work for both international employees and the Japanese staff who welcome them. When you introduce us, simply share what we do and what we've done, as it is.

Referrals are to companies and registered support organizations only. We never sell to people who join our online meetups, events, free consultations, or Red Hub.

Who we're looking for

For people who meet business owners through work

  • Labor and social security attorneys, administrative scriveners, tax accountants, insurance agents, registered support organizations, and others who meet small and mid-sized business owners
  • People who hear from clients about their international employees or the Japanese staff who welcome them
  • People with connections to companies around Shibuya and Sagamihara
  • People who resonate with our values: everyone is both teacher and learner; no selling; no one is left alone; those who were supported welcome the next person
